 This past weekend was an adventure and here's why... This past weekend I wanted to go visit some of my friends who live in the city of Cincinnati, Ohio. Now having very little to no experience with this city made this trip incredibly interesting. When driving down I noticed how big this place was! Being from a small town and going to a big city changed my perspective on things. For instance, driving through the city is awful, the mass amounts of people in every restaurant was terrible and to top it all off, I had the worst time of my life trying to park. Now I better get ready for this because next year I will be attending the University of Cincinnati! But I know my way around campus and I will have parking at my apartment which is a blessing.  Now Once I got through the rush hour traffic, plus the people within the city I finally made it to my destination. My friends were ecstatic to see me! These friends went way back to middle school and I really haven't had the time to go...

 This past Tuesday was one of the best Waffle house experiences I have ever had and here's why.     Tuesday night my friends and I decided it was in our best interest to go to Waffle House in Lima, Ohio at Twelve AM. Now if you know Lima you know sometimes you need to be careful of your surroundings in certain areas. Before arriving at Waffle House, the boys and I were excited, my buddy Jevin was even crying out of joy. Once we arrived to Waffle House we got an eerie feeling because there were only two workers and it was quiet. In the corner of the restaurant were some people who were one hundred percent on drugs who were smacking their food and having the time of their lives! At First, we were a little concerned of our surroundings but once we got to know the waitress and the cook it was amazing! Was our waitress drinking on the job? yes absolutely she was and it was incredibly funny because she was the best waitress I've ever had at Waffle House.  ...

 Recently I was gifted one of the best presents I have ever received. This past Tuesday I was blessed with the opportunity of having no class! I was so excited because I haven't had one day this year where I didn't have some sort of class, or work to do. When my professor told our class she was going to be out of town until Thursday I was Pumped! I was ready to attack Tuesday like I had nothing to do but relax. When I woke up, I was ready to start my lovely Tuesday.  When living in a dorm room it's hard to find things to do, only because there's simply not much to do other than stay in your room or go to friend's room. The First thing I did when I finally arose from the depths of my bed was yoga. I love to do yoga just so I can wake up my body and wake up my mind. Once I was done with yoga I immediately went and took a cold shower to completely wake up. After my shower it was time to get breakfast and study.  This past Monday was a day I will never forget and here's why! This past Monday my friends and I decided it was in our best interest to take advantage of the beautiful weather in the winter. Monday was around 55 degrees and there was not a cloud in the sky. My buddy Jevin is on the golf team here at Ohio Northern and loves to take advantage of the opportunity to go out and golf nine holes. Before we made our descent to Colonial Golf Course, we had the amazing idea of playing a two vs. one best ball scramble. This was a horrible idea! AJ and I are not even close enough to compete with Jevin, let alone play against him. Once we got to Colonial me and AJ were ready to beat Jevin, we had been smack talking him before we got there just to try and get in his head. Safe to say it didn't work at all, Jevin went on a one-man golf adventure, birding hole after hole.  This week has already been filled with adventures and it's only Tuesday! Yesterday was the start of my professional intramural basketball career. Having basketball experience throughout high school for all four years, and continuing into college has put me one ahead of my competition. Now, in all seriousness Intramural isn't very competitive, some games are some games aren't, I realized that its solely based on if others want to try hard or don't care about the outcome. Being an incredibly competitive player myself, I always want to win no matter the game or setting. I came into the first game on fire! I was ready to play. I was hitting threes on threes, making layups too... I truly felt Like Lebron James the way I came out to start the game. Keep in mind we play 40-minute games with running clocks, which means the clock doesn't stop during the game at all unless it's half time. I would say I had at least 30 points and 10 rebounds, to be looked at as a good bas...

     This past Tuesday was my 19th birthday, and it was quite interesting. Starting off in the morning, I decided it was best for me to stay inside and enjoy the warmth and comfort of my mega bed. Yes, you read right, my roommate transferred at the end of the semester, and I had the great idea of putting both twins together to create the "Mega Bed." When I arose from the depths of my bed, I knew it was going to be a great birthday! Starting the morning off was key to having a perfect birthday, so I did what any other person would do and went to "Mac" for an amazing and nutritious breakfast.       After letting my food digest and getting my regular morning cup of coffee, it was time to set out on this adventurous birthday in Ada, Ohio. The brilliant idea to go shopping in Lima came to mind, which meant shopping for cheap clothes at the local Walmart where everything is half off.
